Mental Health First Aid

mental health first aid workshop presenter Emma Jackson

Mental illness is now believed to impact every Australian either directly or indirectly.

1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. That means that every person is likely to know someone who is experiencing a mental health problem, whether that is a family member, a friend or colleague.

Mental health literacy and support skills in the community will help more Australians experiencing mental health problems.

This is where Mental Health First Aid training can help.

Two full days.

Wolverton Station.

Face-to-face delivery.

$400 per person

About this workshop

Mental Health First Aid skills-based and early-intervention training programs mobilise and empower communities by equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

Anyone can have a conversation that may save a life. Everyone should know how.
